Well Mmmm ! great thinking , guys always love those girls who take initiatives be for anything and best way to propose the guy is be upfront go to him and stay it aloud that

His surprise proposal will probably be the best, so leur him towards that direction and allow him to propose. Or better still confess ur love for a new guy and see his reaction. If he loves u that much i think that will be the right time to confess it.
On a different note i will suggest u make things happen rather than saying them. Just do something like kiss him and see what comes out of it.

How do you propose to a guy?
Hi MM,
If u luv the guy and u both know each other well,
1. Arrange for a meeting in a good hotel and arrange for some privacy...
2. Get your second best dress, give yr best shot and get ready like miss india.
3. Invite the guy early ... (U be late by 15-20 mins, let him wait and dont go along with him.)
4. Take a pack of cigg. (if he smokes....), or some gift which he wil like,
5. Have a good dinner, (guys dont like to listen when they r hungry..)
6. Have some chitchat after dinner.
7. When u r about to leave, and heading for yr car, tell him everything u feel 4 him. (dont make him divert his attention)

You can meet up with him at a karaoke bar. There tell him you are going to the ladies room and land up on the floor an sing "Eternal Flame" that will be the cutest and in a way shocking too. Than come back and give him a red rose and tell him that u love him and wait for him to say he does too.

If you're not in a hurry and can wait for February 14th, send him a Valentine card then- it will speak for you.
If you want to do it sooner, think of something he likes- if he likes reading give him a book that speaks about love; not a novel, but a book discussing love and feelings. Suggestion: The Logic of Feelings by Theodule Ribot. If he likes music, send him a suggestive song from www.youtube.com;suggestion: Westlife-Where you Find Love"
Or if none of these suit him write a short letter or a poem telling him what you feel. He will then look for you to admit he feels the same.

Notice the above sarcasm.... that's because you are making him the girl!!! Nothing is more humiliating to a guy than when the roles are reversed, and proposing is one of the many things that makes men feel like men. Don't rain on his future parade (if it is in the forecast).

call him to a place where only u two r there. tell him to close his eyes & just hug him and whisper in his ear that u love him. when he is surprised then just give him red roses & keep on saying I LOVE U... until he answers back positively.
