I have a bad memory due to a different condition and always write down anything important. Usually thngs like that in my diary or note book for the relevant subject. Keep trying to get in touch with people and start something. Trouble remebering is usually more to do with reteiving the info than not having it in there at all. If you start doing something art related you might trigger some memories.

Most of all relax. Stress is bad for the memory. You'll work something out.

I have a problem too sometimes with my memory...but maybe not as bad as yours. Well anyway try to jot down everything you have to do in a day and put that chart in your bedroom where you can see it as soon as you open your eyes first thing in the morning. Then make a back up of this list and carry it in your pocket so when your memory loss strikes you just dig into your pockets for your list. Then you can also take vitamins which can improve your memory like GLUTAPHOS (Brain Nutrient).

In the future take notes.
Now do a project that you know will be somewhat in line with your art class if you still haven't been able to contact any of the people you mentioned.
You could do a project based on your memory loss side effects, art teacher's love that kind of thing..........take notes!!!

Your reminiscence good get larger, it isn't the prozac inflicting you reminiscence loss. Stay on them,I do not understand how unhealthy(depressed) you're however take them. I do not understand how your general practitioner instructed you to take them however what I began to do wa like my general practitioner mentioned one within the morning however later I discovered taking one at approximately 2pm gave the further vigor to get via the day. I do not endorse taking a prozac after 5pm, you could grow to be being up all night time. Have something to consume whilst you're taking the drugs. I desire this was once helpfull.

I AGREE WITH ALL THE ANSWERS, BUT WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT A STRONG DOSE OF GINKO (CAPSULE, LIQUID, POWDER) IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST A BAD MEMORY! JUST CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR IF GINKO IS SAFE TO TAKE WITH THE MEDS HE HAS ALREADY PRESCRIBED. GOOD LUCK!
