Healthy and glossy hair depends on a whole some and nutritious diet. Hair is made of protein. A protein rich diet can help it grow strong and healthy. Minerals and vitamins are also important for lustrous hair. Include eggs, mango, liver, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, whole grain cereals, sprouts, peas in the daily diet Alfalfa juice in combination with spinach or coriander if taken daily will help the hair to grow fast.

Number one, find the cause... hair fall is caused by so many factors.. could be stress, to much hair styling or use of hair treatments, too much use of shampoo, the last can be resolve easily..
Choose the shampoo that suit you.. Yes, there's a hair fall control shampoo available, and also, you can alternate the use of shampoo and conditioner. or you can use a conditioner every day, and shampoo every other day.. avoid using fine tooth comb specially when ur hair is wet. Don't rub it with the towel.. It's no good.

If a peson thinks too much, or always in stress, really she/he can experience hair fall.

Dont avoid it. You should look for a treatment I've seen this commercial on tv about hair loss and a treatment to it. If what they say really works than you are on luck. Do some research regarding your problem and Im hoping you find the answer soon.

If you're a girl, I recommend every other day shampoo and conditioner. In between days, use conditioner only. Or if you cannot go without shampoo, mix water with your shampoo so that it will not be too strong. This habit will result in less hair fall.

try to know which oil is best suitable for ur hair n thn which shampoo n do condition ur hair
try using loreal stuff or mebbe thn natural shampoos n oils...
