I took my son to the doctor because he had white spots on his back. The doctor told me it was a pigment problem that some people have. They really show up when he was a tan. I don't think there is anyway to treat it. I didn't take my son to a dermatologist but a dermatologist might be able to tell you how to treat it. Good Luck!!
