After an hour and a half its normal to still hurt, the nose is very sensitive. For the first few days after I had mine pierced, it was sore, especially when I touched it. Don't touch it! Once I stopped playing with it, it started to feel better. Just make sure you clean it often with an antiseptic solution, it shouldn't bleed. It'll stop hurting soon.

Yes. Apply some ice wrapped in a cloth to the area. Take some simple painkillers such as paracetamol.

Fortunately you don't have any major pain on that so just relax and wait for it to heal and don't forget to check it to a doctor at some time, you'll never know what will happen !!

Yes of course it does. Any intervention causes pain. It is a protectitve mechanism to warn your body that there is trouble here. ! It is like any other injury that will cause pain.
