Raw foods are off limits - no raw sushi (if it's cooked it's okay in moderation - see 12oz rule below), raw eggs, etc. Raw vegetables are fine, of course, with a good washing first. Limit seafood, if you eat it, to 12oz or less per week. Fresh fish tends to have more mercury and contaminants than canned, processed varieties. If you're going to eat deli meats, heat them up until steaming, either in a pan or in your microwave. Processed meats can contain listeria bacteria , which can cross the placenta. Avoid all pre-made deli salads. Because doctors and researchers don't know for sure if there is a "safe" amount of alcohol a pregnant woman can consume, stay away. Good luck and congrats!!!

Chocolate and coffee goes really well together. There are certain "feel good" chemical in chocolate that make it taste so good with coffee or any other food.

i like it with tea or hot milk because the chocolate melts whilst it is dunked in there and takes the taste of the tea or milk so it is nice and soggy! lol!
i love dunking digestive biscuits in mine cos they crumble into the milk, and they are really hard to eat aftercos it drops of!

It's because the heat from the drink melts the choci quicker so you get an instant zapp of taste .
