In digi-cam What can be reason for camera hanged up & lens remained in zoom-out position. For CANON-POWERSHOT.

I'm having CANON's - POWERSHOT A610 model.

It could be as simple as your batteries having exhausted or almost down. Take out the batteries and try again. Check the main menu for options and make sure that you have chosen all the necessary parameters correctly. Good Luck.
