If they are a bloke there is no problem. I was that weight when I was 17 and county karate champion.

If anything, at 5ft 10, 10stone is underweight. My hubby is 6ft 4 and 17 stone. The medical charts say he should be 12-14 stone, but he is very broad, and if he weighed that he would look ill. Ignore the charts, look at the overall health. Do they play sports or do they sit on the sofa all day? A bad diet can depleat muscle, so although they may only be 10 stone, they may have a high proportion of body fat as opposed to muscle. Get active and stop worrying about the medical books!!!

for the love of good. Overweight at 10 stone and 5 ft 10??
tell your friend/or you whichever, not to look at those stupid charts that tell you you're obese/overweight etc if you weigh more than 8 stone. They are not accurate. A lot of things need to be taken in to consideration.
sounds to me like this person is perfectly in proportion.

I would guess that 10stone is about the right weight for that height. I know the recommended weight for that height for a boy is 65kgs so if you can convert that to stone its 10st 7lbs. So the accepted weight range for this height is 9st 7lbs to 11st 7lbs dependant on build using current centile charts.
Its really common for teenage boys at this age to be slightly underweight and big eaters as they are still doing an enormous amount of growing and the body needs as much fuel as it can to do this without compromising other functions.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.

It's says they are absolutely fine and not overweight in any shape or form. They have a BMI of 20.1 which is ideal, so they need to stop worrying. HTH : )
