Skin follows a biological timeline, by decades of life. During your 20s and 30s, the first wrinkles start to appear and skin becomes less resistant as elasticity declines and gravity begins to take hold. In your 40s and 50s, repetitive movements form the first permanent wrinkles as genetics, gravity and a decrease in collagen and elastin cause skin and muscle to sag. I use a skin care line based on botanical principles and they are awesome... they are different because they are formulated without mineral oils and without animal products .... i love them .. if you are looking for skin care contact them at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com or maybe ask them more info they are super nice ...

The skin loses it elasticity as you age, and begins to sag. If you have oily skin when young it is to your advantage ,as the skin dries out it will take longer for the skin to produce wrinkles etc.
Look after you skin from a early age, do not apply too much thick make up, let your skin breathe, but always apply a good moisturiser and if possible one with sun protection.

It loses it's elasticity, loses moisture and wrinkles up.
Try a test, pinch the skin on the back of a child's hand and see how fast it goes back to flat. Then try it on someone elderly.
The elderly person's skin will take a lot longer to return to flat, because it isn't as elastic as the young person's skin.
Too much sun, smoking, heavy drinking and poor diet can all contribute to premature skin ageing.
Look at latin women, they're beautiful when they're young, but turn into shrivelled fat old prunes once they hit 45.
That's the sun for you.

Well ageing dosent have to affect your skin. My family use a product called Pur and Natural Shea Butter which stops us looking old. We email 'naturesgifts29@yahoo.co.uk' and we simply ask for a pot of Shea Butter. It is also gets rid of scars from surgery or scars from acne and that sort of thing. I play footy and when i get injured i rub it on the place where im injured and it takes the edge off the pain. The Shea Butter is great and its natural too making it even better for scars and ageing! YIPEE!!

they're talking mainly about fructose intake. too much sugar causes premature aging. I don't think you could eat enough fruit in one day to get the amount of fructose found in one Pepsi for example
