There was a case on this one in England where identical brothers had swapped with their girlfriends to have sex with them without her consent. I think they were convicted of rape.

HELL YEAH, that was heaps slack. but then again if you were having sex with the guy ( the one u wanted) then you should be able to tell them apart.
