I have tried it. It does seem to help a little. As a nurse I naturally read the ingredients and I will be darned they gave me no clue as to the mechanism of action that would help a headache. Does anybody know the answer to this?

That stuff doesn't work at all. I am prone to migraine headaches and/or sinus headaches and the only thing that helps me is Sine-aid or the generic version of that. A lot of times it seems to go along with my menstrual cycle and stress.
