i have a mp3 player of 512mb which support wav and mp3 both i wana want to know which format takes less space so i can load as many songs as i want plzzzzzz help meeeee

it's mp3 that takes a lesser space you can try ripping a audio song using microsoft media player itself into both the formats and check

use realplayer for adding mp3 to ur player it will double up the number of stored songs
connect ur device then open real playerthen go to burn/transfer section >option>select mp3 >64kbps>always convert> then browse and add song

the sound quality will not get tampered.

try this once.

If i remember correctly, mp3 takes up slightly less space.

mp3 takes up less space, but before you try anything else you'll want to take some Windex, a soft cloth, and something flat-edged like a standard screwdriver or something--gently pry the "z" key from your keyboard and clean it using the Windex and soft cloth because it's STICKING.
