I really do not understand why any body should go in for such gadgets, when there is a time tested remedy for such problems in yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

The best way to loose ur weight is either join the gymnasium and simply eat right, excercise regularly and stop lazying around! do some enjoyable jobs at a faster pace and keep urself occupied until u really feel tired! by the end of 15 -20 days you will reduce drastic amount of weight . But you have to be regular!
Any way doing house jobs will keep u fit fine and Healthy
As far as the Sauna Belt is concerned, i think it looks good only on the T.V, You can make a better use of the same money for other useful things, coz it does not work at all!

All of these slimming aids may indeed work to a certain degree, but as everyone responds in different ways to different treatments, its impossible to say that it will definitely work. The theory of sauna belts is to draw the retained fluid out of your body. To be honest, you are better off buying a sweat suit and going into a sauna in short burst, being very careful to monitor how you feel (any faint spells, you must get out)

Slimming pills, I fee, are a myth. Maybe appetite suppressants, but that is no way to lose weight,

What you need to do is change your diet to include lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, low carb, low fat foods and sensible portions (this is where most people go wrong, they think its low fat, so eat more !) but the key to all weight loss is exercise. If you do not exercise regularly, stored energy is converted to fat. If you are not currently exercising, start off with walking and stick at it, its the best way for sure....and if you have purchased a sweat suit, wear it to walk in too, its great for toning and for drawing out fluids. If you can work up to more igourous exercise, cycling, jogging, but make sure it is something you can enjoy, as then motivation isn't so hard.

I wish you the best of luck.

I know a better diet solution. Try Weight Loss / Hoodia Sample. It helps suppress hunger and control appetite. Just be careful where you get your Hoodia sample. Here's a website http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for the product details.
