Are we his special science project or what? And when he first put Adam and Eve, did he know they were going to sin? If he did, what the heck was the point and a tad unfair don't ya think?
And isn't it weird that in a different part of the world, someone has a total different view of how we human came about? Who would be right, them or me?

You guys got it all wrong. We're in a computer simulated world cause machines need energy, and we're their batteries duh? Didn't you see the movie the Kama Sutra. It's called Hyperrealism. It's the truth that's been pulled over your eyes. Designed to cloud your reasoning by stimulating your chemical percursors responsible for perception. God is a computer program insuring stability so that the system dosen't crash. Damn you guys are stupid.

yes i think God would've foreseen that Adam and Eve would sin, leading the rest of mankind into sin with them. but, when you start a relationship (chances are you have many, many realtionships at the moment), don't you foresee the possibility that the other person could just reject and hurt you? so why do we start relationships in the first place? It's because we are willing to take the risk. we meet as many people as we can and know that some of that group will become close friends with us. that is why God created us even though he knew some of us would turn on him. He took that risk because he valued the relationship that we COULD have with Him and even sacrificed Jesus Christ his only Son's life so that those who rebel against Him could have a second chance.

Evolution isn't the only scientific explanation. just read The Case for a Creator by Lee Strobel. All the scientific evidence you need to BELIEVE that God exists =D

Hi. I asked the same questions & still asking them (but not in Yahoo)
SOme people say.....God made us to have an intimate relationship with us. For Him to love us, and for us to love Him. To have Father & child relationship or something like that.

I also think the same way...why did He made Adam & Eve when He already knows they are going to sin??? seems very unfair....cause the punishment is eternal death. It would be better if we have never existed, right? SO no suffering, sin, pain, etc. No nothing.
It was Adam & Eve's choice to disobey God, they sinned and all us human beings are affected, we became sinful & separated from God. And condemned to hell (as they say)
Maybe, just maybe God has a good reason..why He created us & allowed us to sin. That's why Christ died for us ,so we can have our original identity back as children of God. That way just as man choose to disobey God and sin, man can choose to be reconciled with God through believing.

Sigh. I dont really have the answers yet. But i still try my best to trust in God. Why? because He always answers my prayers & help me do things I know I cannot do on my own. Maybe He really does love me, & loves us all. I've got nothing really to lose. So why not try. I tried and I saw a change me and in my life. some gradual changes....some instant. Btw, Im still asking....after all anything is possible.

Oh dear another one.
ADAM and EVE were not the FIRST People on Earth. Just the first of the tribe we call Israelites.
If they were the first people on Earth where did the other Tribes come from and how long were the living on Earth before ADAM and EVE were escorted out of the Garden of EDEN.
According to written oral traditions . After God made the Physical Universe and all that's in it. He let the souls that he had made from his own body in to see what he had made. and some of them entered into the Earthly forms and enjoyed the sensations so much that they forgot were the came from .much less that the could leave the physical bodies again.
Thus began life on Earth as we know it.

Yes, God knew they were going to sin. It does sound unfair, but He gives everyone the same chance.

We can only see the world today. God sees forever and ever. In our minds, it may look like a bad idea, but in Gods all-seeing eyes it is a smart thing.

It would solve a TON of arguments and questions about life if someone could prove without a shadow of doubt how the world came to be. But nobody can do that.

this question is surely thrilling, through fact you're quite much near to doubting your very own god. Why might a being concerned, loving god create you, and deliver you to this planet? in case you seem on the international in a dazzling perspective, you will see that lifestyles is bigoted. Why is it like this? Why might god create a misery like this? those questions are needed so which you will think of roughly earlier you're saying you believe in god, in my view. there is no actual answer to the which potential of lifestyles. Ask anybody, and that they are going to answer extremely distinctive. it rather is as a results of the fact no one is conscious of the clarification in the back of lifestyles. by potential of exclaiming there is, you're additionally putting forward that there is a few thing or somebody that made us with a purpose. i in my opinion do no longer believe in god, and that i deny there being a reason of my lifestyles. i think of lifestyles developed by danger, and we are fortunate to even exist.

God created us because He wants our company and we to enjoy ourselves with Him for all eternity. God did not want us to love Him as robots but out of our free will. With our free will we can decide to obey God or to sin. Adam took the wrong choice and we and the whole creation became corrupted and have to undergo suffering and destruction. God has a plan and through the sacrifice of Jesus mankind and the whole creation will be redeemed and restored to the position where God considers everything He created as good and mankind as very good. God's story of creation is the true story. But in order to deceive mankind the devil has use men who are obedient to him to invent stories of creation and other gods to counter God's true story and to create confusion and unbelief in God. That why there are so much differences of opinion of creation which are the devil's handiwork. . The bad things that are happening in the world are the works of the devil whose job is to steal, kill and destroy. God will tolerate the devil's work and evil men's cooperation with him for a fixed time known to God when at the end of which God will undo everything and there will be no more tears, no more sorrows and no more pains but we rejoice and enjoy with God in a new heaven and a new earth eternally.

Neither of you are right. The right answer is evolution. It's the only one that's supported by the scientific method.

What scares fundies is that evolution does not REQUIRE a god. Doesn't say there isn't one, only says you don't need one. Since one god is as good as any good, and since god really doesn't violate evolution (unless you through in all the Adam and Eve crap) then you can believe in any god you want.

But if there is a god, he/she/it created the universe 15 billion years ago, and let physics rule ever since, including with evolution.

Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Yes God knew that Adam and Eve would sin. Unkind? Do you plan on getting married someday and having kids? You do know that they will disobey you don't you? Still you may well plan on having them because you do obtain pleasure out of seeing your children smile, and enjoy life.

Also, it is important to remember that GOD had a plan before the world was made. This plan showed there is a redeemer from the beginning of time. People looked forward to Him in the Old Testament as we look back to His sacrifice for our sin. His name is Jesus and we see this promise as early as Genesis 3:15.

Just as we get pleasure seeing our children enjoy things we give them, GOD gets great pleasure seeing us enjoy the things HE has given us. Just as we receive pleasure hearing our children say. I love you, God does also.

Also, as to other parts of the world, GOD only requires people to walk in the light HE has given them. Part of this is refusing to bow down to any gods made with their own hands and understanding that there ultimately has to be ONE GOD.

Zen, there is no scientific method in evolution. In fact it can not exist. If it takes millions of years for live to adapt, how could life go on while it was waiting to adapt? Just take male and female. Are we not told that the more complicated an organism is, the longer it would take to evolve? Well consider that if the female is more complicated then the male (reverse this if you want) then in the extra million or so years for the other to develop life would have died off. There is so many other ways to show we did not come by chance. It is like saying if we leave a shack in the woods for 100 years, when we go back, it will have become a mansion fit for a king. In reality, all things decay with time, it does not get better. Check the 2nd link for loads of information on evolution.
