When a person reaches the age of 21 there is no chance for him to grow taller.The epiphyseal plate of the long bones stop from growing at this age.Exercises or sports could be helpful before this age.

I just love all these people that say yes, you can grow taller.
You can't. It's good for your health and a good work out for the heart, but it won't make you grow taller.
That's determined by your genetics and not by how much you exercise or work out.
If your parents and grandparents were tall, then more than likely, you'll be tall also. And anything short of the torture devise called a 'rack' isn't going to help you.

No ! We usually stop growing at 18 years old , that is when our epiphysis gets closed.

No, you have a predetermined height and once you are there that's it you very slowly get shorter from then on.
