circluation changes, easier to have blood clot formation therefore, higher risk for all kinds of emboli.
also it is very uncomfortable to travel pregnant. limited seat space

well, basically the longer the flight the higher the risk. As an expectant mother, your body as already going a whole lot of circulation changes hence there is even a type of hypertension associated with pregancy. You can also look into Boyle's Law ...the relation temperature, volume and pressure of compressed gases..that will give you a more scientic answers to keep you thinking.

I was about 6 months pregnant when I flew round trip from Arizona to Florida and it was uncomfortable but I did well. This is a medical issue, I recommend for you to ask your Doctor.
