My hubby want to gain some weight. Any help about protein bars or weight gain plus pills would be great. What kind of protein bars are good to start with?

ok this is what you do, becuase i have the same problem.
I started to work out and lift weights but you wont get bigger just by lifting weights its all about diet too which is very very important.

Many people think that these weight gainer pills or shakes or great, there BS there loaded with sugar and very very expensive.
So i decided to make my own which is healthier and alot cheaper.

Buy a container of oat meal (prefably rolled oats)
milk and a container of whey protein (which is pretty cheap $20 for a huge tub at gnc)

get a blender and mix a cup of the oat meal
16 ounces of milk and one scoop of the whey protein and drink that shake 2 times a day, its a very simple meal and you should also eat normal meals the other 4 times making your total of eating 6 times a day. it works good luck oh also if youre going to lift weight try not to do cardio more then twice a week and limit it to 30 mins, lift hard and lift heavy i went from 160 to 210

Herbalife has a shake for that, or did, I'm not sure if they still do. My sister was drinking them a few years ago and they helped her gain weight.
