I lost a total of 5lbs but when I resumed to normal eating the weight went back on.. These sort of fads are only ideal as a quick fix i.e. if you have a party or wedding the next week. I have joined slimming world and I am learning to eat healthy only lost a little weight but I feel healthier. I have until next June to loose 2 stone. So I reckon slow is best!!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

All diets are a con and disguise the basic facts. If you burn off more calories than you consume then you will lose weight. That is it, pure and simple. Obviously you need the right balance of food but you can eat whatever you like as long as you count the calories and make sure you do enough exercise/activities/work to burn off the calories you have taken in. If you do not like exercise then consume less calories. If you love fry-ups and cream cakes then either accept that weight gain is inevitable or be prepared to burn off those calories. We all have different metabolic rates so some people will have to work harder than others.
Diets should be worked out by doctors and given to those who need to be on one for medical reasons so forget paying for those fancy named diets. Remember they all follow the same basic rule. Work out what you want to eat and the number of calories involved then work out how much you will have to do to burn off those calories and be prepared to do it

You'll lose weight alright but it will go back on straight away unless you intend to eat this for the rest of your life. The only way to lose weight & keep it off is change the way you eat, view food & live your life. Sensible eating is the only way. Good luck

I know a better diet solution. Try Weight Loss / Hoodia Sample. It helps suppress hunger and control appetite. Just be careful where you get your Hoodia sample. Here's a website http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for the product details.

In the event that it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

Hi, I have tried it. It does work but when you stop the diet you gain all the wait back, so its not very healthy and you are constantly hungry!
