We have but one life and one world from the beginning man has proclaimed war against his brother. It all started with Cain in the garden of Eden and has continued on to this day. We all pray for peace but we are quick to go to war. Even religions fight amongst them selves. This is a needless shame and Our Holy Father did not put us here to fight with one another our purpose is to love God and one another as we love our selves. Year after year we strip our mother Earth of her life giving natural resources, wasting what God has given us to sustain life. Mankind is vain to think this Earth is just for him, we must share it with the Animal and Plant kingdom without them life on this Earth would not be possible. Every thing has purpose and we are not one to decide what should live or die. We are not God but we are just a small part of Gods creation. Every thing on this Earth possess a soul and a spirit from the biggest creature to the smallest Ant. From the first second a life has been conceived it posses a spirit and a soul . There for any time a life has been taken whither it be human or animal it is still murder . The scriptures say thou shalt not kill for a reason. Every creature wither it be great or small has a right to live. Violence covers the face of this earth. And its up to each and every single person to put an end to it. Violence breeds violence but love doesn't always produce love. But we can end this cycle of violence with in our selves. When some one insults us we do not have to bring our selves down to their level. You can not change what is in that persons heart but you can help them to change what is in their own heart. The Bible tells us to turn the other cheek why? Because when some one hits you in retaliation our first impulse is to strike them back one blow leads to another and back and forth it continues. But by not returning the blows but offering a few kind words it stops the violence in its tracks. Then to clear our own hearts of anger we must forgive that person for their transgressions. Do not let their sin become your sin. Forgiveness is divine

i want to thank each of you and i wish i could give you all 10 points and i would like to add to the person who said animals dont have souls its in eccl. 3:19: For the fate of the sons of men and the fate of beasts is the same; as one dies, so dies the other. They all have the same breath, and man has no advantage over the beasts; for all is vanity.
20: All go to one place; all are from the dust, and all turn to dust again.
21: Who knows whether the spirit of man goes upward and the spirit of the beast goes down to the earth?
22: So I saw that there is nothing better than that a man should enjoy his work, for that is his lot; who can bring him to see what will be after him?

For a person who never went past Grade 7, your writing is much better than you give yourself credit for. I don't agree with the sentiment, but if you enjoy writing, you should really sit down with a style guide and work out the small problems you have, because you write well and shouldn't be ashamed to write whatever you want whenever you want. If you have any grammar or style questions you'd like to ask me about, please contact me - my e-mail is open. I'm an English teacher and I'd be happy to help.

While I don't really agree with everything you said, I am an English teacher, so I can at least help with the grammar!
Good luck with your writing!

We have but one life and one world, and yet from the beginning man has proclaimed war against his brother. It all started with Cain in the Garden of Eden and has continued until this day. We all claim to pray for peace but we are quick to go to war. Even the members of the same religions fight amongst themselves. This is a needless shame and Our Holy Father did not put us here to fight with one another. Our purpose is to love God and one another as we love our selves. Year after year we strip the Earth of her life-giving natural resources, wasting what God has given us to sustain life. Mankind is vain to think that this Earth is just for him. We must share it with the animal and plant kingdoms. To live without either one would make life on this planet impossible. Every thing has purpose and it is not for us to decide what should live and what should die. We are not God. We are just a small part of God’s creation. Everything on this Earth possesses a soul and a spirit-from the biggest creature to the smallest. From the first moment a life has been conceived it possesses a spirit and a soul. Therefore anytime a life has been taken whether it be human or animal it is still considered murder. The scriptures say “Thou shalt not kill” for a reason.

Violence covers the face of this earth. It is up to each and every single one of us to put an end to the needless violence that destroys so many lives. It is a sad fact that violence breeds violence but love doesn't always produce love. We must try to end this cycle of violence within our selves. When someone insults us, we do not have to bring ourselves down to their level. You cannot always change what is in that person’s heart, but you can try to help them to change what is in their own heart. More importantly, you can control what lies within your own heart. The Bible tells us to turn the other cheek. Why? Because when someone hits you, your first impulse is to strike them back. It is a natural instinct to defend oneself. But one blow leads to another and back and forth it continues. By not returning the blows you may stop the violence before it progresses to more deadly degrees. Imagine, if just holding back can stop the violence, what might happen if you counter that unkind act with a kind word of action of your own? Do not let their sin become your sin. Forgiveness is divine

Your writing really is not all that bad. I think its quite good.

Why dont you type the passage on microsoft word and run a spelling and grammer check.
Its a bit long for me to type out here.
Heres some of the mistakes i picked up:

......world. From the beginning

Even people of the same religion fight amongst themselves.

one another. Our

Mother Earth ( or dont put either word in capitals)

vain to think this earth is just for him, we have to share it with the animal and plant kingdoms because without them life on earth would not be possible. Everything

we are not the ones' who decide

Everything on this earth.....ant

From the second

soul. Therfore whenever a life is taken, whether it be human or animal, it is still murder.

"thou shalt not kill"

creature whether..... has the right

earth and love. We can end this cycle of violence. (dont put the with ourselves in, its repetitive.)

When someone......ourselves

cannot

You can help them to change whats in their hearts without using violence. (your sentence didnt make sense)

cheek. Why? When someone hits us our first instinct is to retaliate but this only leads to more violence. By not returning the blow and instead offering a few kind words of guidance and appology, we can stop the cycle. To

(Most of its just puntuation but some words need to come out and some are used incorrectly. I hope I helped in some way. Good luck with the rest of your book.)

It all started with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, not Cain. Remember Cain and Able? One brother murdered the other? But I did want to say that much of what you have written is very wonderful, your son is a lucky little boy to have a mom that cares so so much. Good Luck!

I honestly don't believe that everything in the world has souls... God created Men seperately from plants and animals. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that animals have souls.

God created animals to sustain men and for men to take care of. If animals had souls, we would need to witness to them (impossible IMO) as it is the great commission.

Killing an animal can be wrong if we do it for the wrong reason. God gave us animals for our own use and well-being. He did not create them so we could have fun killing them.

Quite good. Whether...not whither. and 'going to' not gonna.
Men and animals 'souls' are the living breathing...us...and not something separate that departs on death.
The original hebrew word translated 'soul' is NEPHESH, which means...that which breathes.
(Leviticus 24:17-18) “‘And in case a man strikes any soul of mankind fatally, he should be put to death without fail. 18 And the fatal striker of the soul of a domestic animal should make compensation for it, soul for soul.

'STRIKES A SOUL' You have to be flesh to be struck,
(Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.

You have to be breathing to die.
You have to be alive to sin.
Hope this helps.

This is nice...and it is especially cool that you are doing this for your son.

The only part I don't really like is "we are just a small part of Gods creation." The reason is because God has made us a very important part of His creation. In fact, He has said that we are the very Temple of God, in which His Spirit lives!! It is no "small thing" to be the temple of the living God!!! :)

Cain slew Able sounds like the first dysfunctional family in history. I hate the word dysfunctional because it has no redemptive quality.
