Its a crappy thing to do is advertise then not put out. If you advertise put out or get out. Playing people like that is being an as*Hole no matter the religion.
a Frind was wanting some action and I foolishly said sure, at that point I commited my self, and thus I followed through, I am bi but lean more to the straight side, so no big deal but you see what I mean? If you don't intend to follow through then don't claim that you intend to. Thats lying, and lying is what Aholes do most the time.
