It depends on exactly what condtions u have, if your tendons are ruptured you need surgery. If you just have a condition where they just get inflamed every no and then , then light physical activity with a dumbell will work, like a 2 pound weight to start off with then slowly increase every 2 weeks to make your shoulder stronger. Do a search on the web for shoulder excercises and do those with the dumbells. and drink plenty of water to keep everything lubricated

You can go to a physical therapist for rehab exercises. But if you are still doing strenuous movements with that arm, it will not improve.

no they cant. and even after numerous operations they will never be the same!
