There's combinations.
Baked beans are relatively good, but pastry products are also a good farting fuel, as are stews, casseroles, broths, potato hash etc.
Eggs and egg products like mayonnaise also help to increase the body's gas production.
Vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, spinach, leeks, onions, garlic etc can also assist with bottom burping.

If you want monster ones then here is the perfect recipe.
Beans on toast with pickled onions and pickled eggs,all washed down with a pint of lager.
Not only would you break the sound barrier but spread the biggest gas cloud known to man.
