When it was happening to me,i thought i was alone,but i guess not,so much people i met and know it happened to,Why is that?I'm gonna be 20 soon and i avoid it so much growing up but now realizing that i'm not alone i can talk about it

Well it may be a big to you knowing that your not alone. It does happen a lot. i wish I knew why. I think there are a lot of sick people in the world. It's a good thing and a healthy thing that you can talk about it. maybe your at a point where you can help other peole who have gone through this. people who aren't as comfortable or haven't been able to deal with it as well as you have.

This is a tough world and everybody is different.
I can't understand why some people want to do such a thing to a child and take away their innocence. They should all be hung. but the punishment they do get if they are caught is nothing to what it should be.
If you ask me, that is a lot of the reason why some people commit such disgusting crimes, because in lots of cases, they are practically getting away with it.
Some people just don't care what effect they are having on a child and will do whatever they want, because it makes them feel good and it gives them some power.
Most child abusers are week people who can only pick on children, because they know that they will not be able to fight them off.
Sadly, there are too many people who have lived this kind of life and I hope that you are strong enough to put the worst behind you. I also hope you reported your abuser. It doesn't matter how many years ago it happened, you can still get him/her arrested and punished.

i no how you feel it happened to me too, and i also felt like i was alone. im 30 now and have only just recently started talking about it.
i found it too hard before. so much so that my husband of 9yrs didnt even know about it until 3yrs after we got married.
then i found out it happened to my husband as well.
its taken a long time for both of us to come to terms with it but we help each other and everyday gets a little easier.
my one big problem is my children i dont trust anyone to be alone with them not even family as it was a member of my family that abused me. i will do anything to protect my children from this.
i just wish there was more i could do to protect other kids too.
i dont think anyone knows why it happens there are just so many sicko's out there.
what you have to realise though is that what happened is not your fault.
im glad you can finally talk about it. it doesn't change what happened but it does make it easier to deal to with and everyday gets a little bit better.
i wish you all the luck in the world for your future and stay strong dont be a victim be a survivor.

Unhealthy sexual deviance is a lot more common than most would like to think. and has always been so.
It is unfortunate, but some children will be exposed to this.
You are not alone in this and you never will be.
There is no one answer to why a person would sexually abuse a child. One very definite segment of that population is the pattern abusers. They were sexually abused as a child and then go on to sexually abuse.
A dangerous cycle.
All we can do is try to protect our children but the actual "sickness" is probably here to stay (if not worse now than ever).

Because victims of sexual abuse have not been able to seek help and some went on to perpetrate upon others.
It is awesome you did not do that and are finding the strength to break the silence and get help for your victimization. Hang in there.

coz kids are very vulnerable, they get easily deceived. and most of the parents of these children didnt take good care of them.. it happens coz people dont care enough. they see it, they know it but they dont do anything about it. so i guess we should care more bout our children and protect their rights!

you're not alone most of us were in my family ...by family and "friends" i won't go into details but they were eventually taken care of!1and we watched our sons grow up to be strong men who don't take and never took any bulls*** from anyone we armed them with their own power and they knew how to fight!!!they grew up to be happily married men.without the "baggage" i still carry with me!!!i HATE PEDOPHILES& IF I HAD THE POWER I'D KILL THEM ALL!!!BUNCH OF SCUMBAGS!!!TEACH YUR KIDS...DON'T TRUST...ANYONE! and HOW TO FIGHT,KICK,SCREAM!!!BITE,POKE ,GRAB,RUN!
