I have a Giant Crypress bicycle. Can I install a Truvative Hussefelt triple crank set with 22/32/44 rings ?

I'm running factory 28/38/48T steel chain rings, 7 speed cassette and chain. The crank arms are clunky Suntour aluminum pieces. I really need something lighter and stronger.

it depends on the measurements of the components and frame.. the brand does not necesarily matter..
