Can anyone please let me know the amount of oil (eg 1 tablespoon) should be added into the batter to improve the moisture of my cake.

If you want to bring more moisture to your cake and flufflier then use butter. use 3-4 tablespoons of butter and mixed all the ingredents together, thats what i do and it works alot better without the oil. Try that.

Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil to improve the moisture of your cake. If you want to use something healthier - you can add apple sauce or pumpkin - you will get a really moist cake!
