I am newly single after a 14 year relationship. I want to find a woman that will love me for me. I have been out of the dating scene for so long that I am a bit nervous when talking to new people. Women always ask "what happened to all the nice guys?" Well I know that is me and that I have a lot to give, I just can't find the right woman to give what's left of my heart to. Ladies, please help. What am I missing?

Your missing the right woman.
Don;t concertrate on finding her. Put yourself out there, do the things you enjoy, network, meet new people, take up some hobbies and you'll be amazed at the new people in your life.
Women are attracted to strong confident men more so than men that seem to be looking for a girlfriend or wife. Be yourself, enjoy your time and have some fun. it won;t be long and you'll have your breath taken away. Until that day, don;t worry about how to sweep a woman off her feet, When she's the right woman it will all come naturally.

you need to be a little confident but not cocky. just go up to a lady and start chatting. dont use pick up lines as they are just corny. just say your name and ask her how her day was etc. if she freaks or looks nervous say im sorry if i have made you uncomfortable would you like me to leave? being polite helps but women like a dark streak. im sure you will figure it out. just be yourself . theres no point being someone you are not.

Yourself. She really, really hurt you. Can you possibly hang out with the guys for awhile until you get your feet on the ground? And then... I bet they or their ladies know the girl for you. (Rebounds can really be ugly. Just chill for awhile if you can.)
