DON'T JUST WRITE AN ANSWER.
YOU MUST BELIEVE THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD,AND TRY TO LIVE BY IT .NOT PICK AND CHOSE WHAT YOU LIKE.
LIKE GAY PRIEST-WELL JUST SLAP GOD IN THE FACE WITH THAT ONE.

Many don't truely know what they believe in or what their religion teaches. Others like to follow selected commandments, basically the ones that they want to follow. I agree with you. WE cannot pick and choose which commandments to follow, we must follow all of them, even no sex before marriage. Just remember that those practicing evil deeds will always find truthful words to be harsh.

People will say all kinds of things of what they believe, or what they think they believe, or even what they wish they could believe. Just because a person does certian things like sit in a church pew on Sundays (or Saturdays) or say they follow Christ...does not necessarily mean that they are Christians. The Bible is the Word of God. Those that love Him follow His Word always looking to Christ as their example! You cannot "live like the devil" all your life & still hope you'll see Heaven!
1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
The point of God's Word is to teach humanity about how much God loves us, & what are "options" are about our eternal destiny! The free will choice to get to know the Creator...or spend eternity away from Him. To KNOW all the facts about this most important choice!

Why do Christians bug you so much? If you don't share their beliefs, fine. Move on. Why the need to confront and challenge? Do you do this with Buddhists, Shintos, Hindus, too? I don't care for soccer, personally, so I don't go to the stadium, follow the scores and standings. Nor do I feel compelled to convert those people that do like soccer to come over to my way of thinking.

Why are you amazed. There are no two Christians who believe Christianity and the Bible the same way. Everyone has their own version of God. I'm sure some poeple might know the Bible much better than you, and call YOU a sinner because to them, your ignorant to the teachings of the Bible. Interesting isn't it?

WOW, your reflecting on one issue, Im going through an issue in my family, and finding out that someone that i looked up to since ive been 18 (IM NOW 43). is IMPERFECT, everybody sins, even yourself my friend, if you don't YOU GOT THE MAN HIMSELF BEAT. i believe i am a christian of the true sense, as i believe the LORD i hope HE feels DITTO. LOL . CHRTIANINTY IS OF COURSE BEING CHRIST LIKE. as i grow older, im not feeling as pressured. and paranoid, about the subject. i live my life everyday, i am EXTREMELY imperfect,. I SIN probably in someones eyes everyday. But the LORD knows my set backs and my progress. IM GRATEFUL THAT I HAVE MY FAMILY, AND THATS DUE TO FAMILY AND BEING BROUGHT UP IN A HEALTHY MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY WITH MOM AND A GOOD PROVIDER. im the youngest of seven, and mom passing two years ago. has made me grow up and learn finally the meaning of responsibility. KARMA MY FRIEND. im learning the hard way. but i have a great guy and a wonerful family, but many issues HEALTH, being one. it all catches up and everyday is a learning experience with the LORD. IM BLESSED AND GRATEFUL AND TRY TO LIVE AS I BELEIVE HE WOULD EXPECT. IMPERFECT I AM, BUT IM KIND AND GIVING, AND COMPASSIONATE AND OBJECTIVE. No real Christians (Born Again) believers will practice sex outside marriage.
It seems as the asker have seen people having sex outside marriage.
Don't count all the christian named people as Christians.

The point of His word is to guide misguided souls onto the right path. You cannot live like the Devil, and it is NOT okay to do so. If you are Christian, you live your life according to His rules, not your own.
