you can trim them to fit, and get more use out of them since it is a small scar. otherwise, mederma works... but it takes twice as long, and it is not as dramatic a difference. It will take time no matter what, at least a month with most people.

Once it starts to heal up get a stick of pure cocoa butter and apply it to the scar everyday. My sister scratched me deeply on my face when we were fighting once. I let it scab over and then I put cocoa butter on it. Now you couldn't even tell it happened.

If you got it yesterday, it isn;t a scar...it is a cut.
If it is a bad cut, you need treatment to PREVENT a scar. Like a butterfly bandage. But..you needed it yesterday

Hi, you can put tissue oil on it regularly, it minimises the scarring and when the wound heals you can hardly see any if no scar at all

don't get mederma, get a generic brand! (i.e. walgreens' Scar Gel). it has the same active ingredients, work just as good, and is only half the price.
