Use milk always and put in more than the recipe call for
but don't make it over runny just a little bit sloppy but not much
It does not matter weather it a pack cake or a home made cake always do the same.
Hope this help you Have a nice day and remember Jesus love you

Hi ET, Our you trying to go home?? Just kidding. The best thing to do to keep the cake moist,is wet a couple of paper towels and put it over the cake. I know it works on left over chicken. So it really should work for a cake.

I agree with Ovenmits. I've heard that oil will improve the moisture.

exchange the same amount of butter for the same amount of oil (vegetable oil is fine) - it tastes just as good and is lighter and the cake stays fresh for a couple more days. YUM!
