It can work but you need to really be aware that work is work and home is home. If you can separate the two, you will be o.k. If not, it can be a disaster. I know as my fiance works for me and it makes it tough to correct her course when shes stalled. Matter of fact I should be and am considering firing her however I am trying to figure out what will become of our home life. My business will be fine but it could do in our relationship.

It all gets down to both doing their part and more at home and work but NOT mixing them.

Hope that helps. Good Luck from somebody who knows.

Work at what? Business, love or friendship? None of it's likely to be in place five years from now. But somebody might have somebody else's house, or child, or business. And nobody's going to say the other person's name and smile. True love offers its best self and watches out for the other guy's honor. Go there.

A lot of people will tell you no, but don't listen. Anything can work. Sometimes when two people just click, age doesn't matter. My best friend is 21 years older than me, and I'm closer to him than I am to my boyfriend who is the same age as me. It all depends on the people involved and the level of maturity you are both at.

Age difference will have some implications later on. But the more important thing is not be like business partners anymore. It will work if both of you are sincere and not demanding on each other.
