Jesus cited Genesis 1:27 and 2:24 to teach that marriage was one man and one woman, the two becoming one flesh (Matthew 19:3–6, Mark 10:6–9).
Paul writing to the Romans condemned homosexual activity as one symptom of sinful lusts, in turn arising from a rejection of God (Romans 1:20–32).
Leviticus 18:22 reads: You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
In 1 Corinthians 9–10, Paul warns: Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
But Paul doesn’t stop there! He goes on to say in the very next verse: And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
That is the good news Jesus offers to homosexuals and indeed to all of us sinners.

Leviticus says man shall not Ly with man.but it also says that slavery is ok and that you may own slaves so long as they are not from your own country and you must kill anyone who does not honor the sabbath and eating shellfish is an abomination and many many more things that seem rather harsh and are ignored.
The New Testament has a few references that are open for interpretation.Words like Lust are falsely defined as meaning homosexuality but that is not the definition of lust. The word homosexual never appeared in the New Testament until more recently when it was added.
Also, I have noticed a few people have quoted Romans 1:27 which seems to agree with their position. However I have a NKJV which has a completely different wording that makes no mention of sexual acts specifically and just mentions "sexual immorality" which can be interpreted many many ways.
And, finally, the closest word for homosexual is catamites which is literally translates as a boy who has a sexual relationship with a man.Clearly NOT two MEN who have a relationship that is sexual or otherwise.

1 Corinthians 6:9, 10 (New American Standard Bible)
Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor [a]effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Timothy 1:8-11 (Contemporary English Version)
We know that the Law is good, if it is used in the right way. We also understand that it wasn't given to control people who please God, but to control lawbreakers, criminals, godless people, and sinners. It is for wicked and evil people, and for murderers, who would even kill their own parents. The Law was written for people who are sexual perverts or who live as homosexuals or are kidnappers or liars or won't tell the truth in court. It is for anything else that opposes the correct teaching of the good news that the glorious and wonderful God has given me.
Romans 1:24-27 (New International Version)
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

God intended marriage to be a permanent and an intimate bond between a man and a woman. Men and women are designed to complement each other so they may be capable of satisfying each other’s emotional, spiritual, and sexual needs and desires.
The well-known Biblical account of Sodom and Gomorrah reveals God’s feelings about homosexuality. God declared: “The cry of complaint about Sodom and Gomorrah, yes, it is loud, and their sin, yes, it is very heavy.” (Genesis 18:20) The extent of their sinful depravity at that time was apparent when two guests visited the righteous man Lot. “The men of Sodom . . . surrounded the house, from boy to old man, all the people in one mob. And they kept calling out to Lot and saying to him: ‘Where are the men who came in to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may have intercourse with them.’” (Genesis 19:4, 5) The Bible says: “The men of Sodom were bad and were gross sinners against Jehovah.”—Genesis 13:13.
The men became “violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males.” (Romans 1:27) They had “gone out after flesh for unnatural use.” (Jude 7) In countries where homosexual rights campaigns are pervasive, some may object to using the word “unnatural” to describe homosexual behavior. However, is not God the final arbiter when it comes to nature? He commanded his ancient people: “You must not lie down with a male the same as you lie down with a woman. It is a detestable thing.”— Leviticus 18:22.
Your Accountability to God
The Bible is clear: God does not approve of or condone homosexual practices. He also disapproves of people who “consent with those practicing them.” (Romans 1:32) And “marriage” cannot give homosexuality a cloak of respectability. God’s direction that “marriage be honorable among all” precludes homosexual unions, which he considers detestable.—Hebrews 13:4.
Still, with God’s help, anyone can learn to “abstain from fornication,” which includes homosexual acts, and “get possession of his own vessel in sanctification and honor.”(1 Thessalonians 4:3, 4) Admittedly, this is not always easy. Nathan#, who formerly pursued a homosexual life-style, said: “I thought I could never stop.” But he did change with help from “the spirit of our God.”(1 Corinthians 6:11) As Nathan discovered, no problem is too big for Jehovah, who can provide the strength and help needed to meet His standards and receive His blessings.—Psalm 46:1.

Many will cite Leviticus, stating that no man shall lie with a man as he lies with a woman. That does not necessarily mean sex, though: that's just the way it's been interpreted by homophobes who use the Bible as an excuse to be homophobic. "Lie" could mean a way of treating, as in you should not treat a woman the same as you would a man. For instance, you should not talk about certain things with a woman that have a greater chance of upsetting her than talking about that subject with a man, who might laugh.
