Yes, For me drinking warm milk, Depending on the milk like 2% helps you sleep better at night. And having a slice of American Cheese helps me sleep at night as well. Something about cheese and the milk products that helps me sleep at night I noticed. I heard from a family member that its the B6. But not to take to much of B6 cause other wise it will cause nightmares if taken to much of B6.

No. A. Hepburn in Roman Holiday drinks a glass of milk with crackers before she sleeps. This makes myth in the world among ladies. I guess.

It won't make you sleep better but it will assist in getting off to sleep. If you're having trouble, you can try a Gravol tab, they're a non-addictive sleeping pill. All generic travel sickness tablets work the same.

Milk contains higher levels of melatonin that help you sleep. It is a natural hormone that plays a central part in regulating sleep patterns.

Milk has a chemical in it that relaxes you and makes it easier to sleep whether it's cold or hot.

It didn't do anything for me. I found not drinking caffiene or eating near bed time and exercise before bedtime helped me.
