Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

The purpose of abs is to draw your rib cage in towards your pubic bone. And to lift your pelvis towards your chest. To train upper abs, use crunches and cable crunches. For lower abs, use reverse crunches and knee raises. For obliques, use rotating motion on all the above exercies. For middle abs, do scissor abs and alternating knee to elbow crunch. Train abs once or twice a week. Do 10-20 reps accross 4-5 sets. And add weights as you progress.

the 'Scissor' move.
Lie on your back, arms stretched above your head to start, raise your arms and legs towards the ceiling to where they touch each other, balancing on your tail bone. Return to start, without touching limbs to floor if you can. This will tone all rectus abdominus muscles simultanusly. For extra focus, clench ab muscles while making the moves.
Also, 1 minute of clenching muscles = 1 repetition. So, while you are standing in line at the grocery store: clench, rest, clench, etc.

Lie on the floor with your legs straight up in the air, slowly lower one leg as far as you can control it, lift and repeat with other leg. Make sure you are breathing properly with each movement.
Lie on the floor, hands flat on floor beside hips, lift rear off the floor towards abs, knees bent, breathe.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to include healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Suck it in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the dinner. This will help to strengthen your abdominal muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to the flatter stomach.

Eat goats cheese instead of regular cheese. It contains 40 % fewer calories than the cheese made out of cow’s milk.
