I have been taking Benadryl which severely dehydrates me and causes me to drink liquids constantly and pee frequently. I have tried Claritin and it didn't work for me. If I do not take the Benadryl I sneeze constantly, my ears plug up, and my sinuses itch terribly... I live in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and rain seems to worsen my symptoms. I do not have insurance and can't see a doctor. Have any suggestions?

There's a certain vitamin that might help, i don't remember which one exactly, you would have to research it or ask your pharmacist. Also when you feel you symptoms are increasing, take a shower, or put your face in cold water. Also if you know to what exactly your allergic too (you can get tests done) you can try to avoid it, or find a medications or a plant that might help you.

Give up all dairy.
No kidding.
I got nasty allergies when I moved to CA, gave up dairy, and they went away. I've heard from many doctors and nutritionists that dairy severly aggravates the sinus cavities. Give it a shot - no dairy for a month and see what happens. (This means no butter, cheese, milk, etc.)
