I have no insurance, and extreemely low income, i can't see out of my right eye.. my left eye is weak.the catarac is getting larger, and i feel like it is hopeless, and i am all alone,does anyone know where i could get assistance? OR any special programs or help for people like me?
I AM VERY DEPRESSED, AND EMBARRACED EVEN ASKING FOR HELP.. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO NEXT.

You should qualify for Medicaid if you're low income. Call your local social services office and inquire. Also call United Way and see what other services and assistance they can refer you to. Help is out there, you just have to ask for it. Be encouraged and don't be ashamed to ask for help. We all need help in some way, shape or form. Keep your head up and start believing that things will get better...They will.

1st I would apply for public aid and that would help you with cataract sx. Then if you are denied there are some organizations that will help with payment of cataract sx if you do not qualify for public aid. Your eye doctor should know who to contact
