so I eat cake, cookies and Ice-cream.
I also want to be back in my highschool clothes.
Im in college now, but Im not giving up!!
I eat healthy enough, two sides of veggies and some meat. But yes the dessert everyday about every meal is my thing. So I've decided I AM GOING TO WORK AROUND THIS.
What should I do to lose weight without dangerous pills, but by exersizing and weight training? I eat a protien bar after every workout. I lift alot ( or as much as I can actually). What else can I do? I also have vitamin weight smart pills from one a day that can help.
how much protien am I suppose to be eating again!?

you could try switching to a low cal cake or some kind of sugar free dessert. Sugar free ice cream is actually pretty good. And now I use splenda to bake with and i can barely tell the difference. And for cookies the 100 calorie snack packs are really good too. You'd be surprised that some of them are really good.
Exercising and weight training... I'd do about 30 minutes of cardio. This can be anything from running, elliptical machine, dancing, aerobics class. Then for weight training why not try free weights, if you don't have access to a gym or don't have time. They are inexpensive and you can look up some workouts on the internet.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
