Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

Somehow I suspect your masturbation habit and all your other problems are nto really closely related although they could be feeding off each other so to speak.
Since most of your problems are probably not physical, a medical doctor may not be quite the right person to see. A counsellor, therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist would be more helpful I suspect.
However, I think you really need to get outdoors, find a job, make friends and start doing all the things that active 18 year olds do instead of sitting home playing with yourself and dwelling on your problems. A lot of the fears and depression we see is brought on by people isolating themselves and allowing themselves to sink deeper and deeper into their own problems. But once they force themselves out the door, rejoin society and become active and productive, their health - both mental and physical noticably improves.
If you don;t know where to start, join the Y and use their facilities to go swimming, exvercise, participate in other activities and above all meet and socialize with people. And even if you are nto particularly religious, you can meet lots of pretty nice people at church on Sunday or through church groups and activities. Once you get goign you will be hard to stop - you're biggest problem is starting. So, call someone and get going today!
No, don't sit there thinking about this - MOVE NOW!!!

Under most circumstances, masturbation is neither good nor bad—and one recently published study reported that 87% of women and 95% of men have practiced masturbation—but when done to extreme, it causes drastic changes in brain and body chemistry. Masturbating too much can over-stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions and disrupt the liver’s release of enzymes that synthesize neurotransmitters acetylcholine, dopamine, and serotonin. Additionally, the liver’s ability to release enzymes that aid in hormone production is affected. As a result, the brain and adrenal glands produce too much dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and other hormones and neural transmitters.
Symptoms that over-masturbation (also called Sexual Exhaustion) is distressing liver and nervous system functions include youthful impotence/erectile dysfunction (including a soft or weak erection) and seminal leakage. While more than 30% of men have experienced impotence at one time or another, impotence in youth is more rare and can often be attributed to the above factors.
Even though its hard :D slow down... This kinda crap happens... Sucks dosent it? But your symptoms and problems may be from your depression. If you aren't on something for that, I'd get on it soon!
Remember use moderation.... it isn't bad... but doing it too much is! I have a few friends with the same problem.. Its amazing they can do it so much!

Check out a psychiatrist, he might be the one to help you with ou anxiety. If your a constent chronic masturbator, try doing something else when you feel the urge to play with yourself. Go for a bike ride or something (it's goog for stress too), Try something that will keep you mind away from your problems, and talk to a nutritionnist about you eating problem, then you might find a link between all your symptoms.

Why don't you start doing it less and see if you feel better.I don't think people get depressed or nervous because of what you are doing.Have you had blood tests done? You could have other serious health problems,or it could be psychological.See another doctor and tell them about your sexual needs.Good luck.

i think your problems are caused by guilt from the fear that masturbation is bad, its not, its totally normal, dont worry about it, you need to do it and get that out of your way so you can deal with the other situations in your life, they all maybe caused by your fears, and there is nothing to fear, **** away and enjoy, its hurting no one. give up guilt, its wasted energy.
