Thats kind of a really hard question to answer.
Sweat is just water, so if you sweat your loosing water weight. The number of calories burned has to do with the time and exercise your doing.
For example running will burn alot more calories than just slowly walking around the mall. YET both might cause you to sweat.
Hoep that helps!

a calorie is energy. when calories are burned so to speak all that is happening is your body is using energy. You constantly burn calories. When you workout you make your body use more energy. Which if you have a calorie deficiet will result in your body using up fat which is basically just stored energy.
sweat has nothing to do with it. you sweat when the temperature of your body gets to high. Its the attempt of your body to cool itself.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.
