I am not using merchandise it is a theme window. I have checked better home and gardens but that has nothing like I am looking for. I just want to get new ideas not use there exact display

Not sure if this will help... how about a snowy cabin theme, OR without the merchandise I can only think of maybe red & silver to catch people's eye

Snowmen, reindeer and santa, and a little town with people bustling about shopping for presents etc. you could put little Christmas lights on the buildings. You could use fake snow and all sorts of stuff. Hope that helps.
