Regarding file 0x7c901010?

When trying to open HP Imagezone I get an error message that reads: The instruction at "0x7c901010" referenced memory at "0x0f240b64". The memory could not be read. How do I fix this error?

Either a problem with memory, or a fault in the program can cause this error. Reinstall the program.
