Masturbation isn't sex, so she can't lose her virginity through the solitary act of masturbating. Oral sex however is a form of sex. If you want her to preserve her virginity until marriage, make sure that you stress strong morals and family values with her. Talk to her. Tell her that masturbation is ok, but that sex (including oral) should wait until marriage.

Alright. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and guess that MAYBE you meant what are the chances those activties will lead to sexual intercourse?
There isn't much chance in masturbation. There is nothing wrong with self exploration and there's more of a chance that it will keep her away from having sex because she's 'taking care' of herself. I did that for like 5-6 before I had sex.
Oral sex. There is definitely more chance with that since often oral leads to intercourse. Depends who's giving the oral though. If she's only giviing it to the guy (which isn't much fun for her) then the risk is less (cause she can keep her clothes on). Though if he's giving it to her then she's a position (no pants or panties on) that the guy could try to have sex with her. If she doesn't want to have sex yet this could result in a bad experience. If she's got a bf make sure he respects her and won't do anything she doesn't like. And make sure she's careful. You can get STD's from oral sex.
I don't know how old your daughter is, but if she the age of consent (if not and the guy(s) are older than that's a problem) then she can have sex if she wants. I'm not sure what your beliefs are but you need to accept that your daughter may not believe in follow them. The best thing you can do is teach her how to respect herself, and the difference between love, lust and infatuation so at least her first time will be with someone she really cares about. And if she respects herself she'll wait until she's truly ready (and you need to accept that MAY be sooner than you'd like. Most people can't wait till their 40! lol jk). And be supported! Tell her if there's ever anything she wants to talk she can come to you. Don't judge her.

Being a virgin and losing your virginity is typically described by having intercourse with a person of the opposite sex. The story you heard was probably the girl meaning she broke her hymen. (the hymen is the layer of mucus membrane inside the vagina which comes before the cervix protecting the opening) Breaking the hymen is something that happens when she would first have sex with a male. Although she may have managed to do this herself, that does not make her 'not a virgin'. Here is a defination of Virgin, that I got from the Merriam Webster Dictionary: a person who has not had sexual intercourse So, she may have broken her hymen which is typically done by the male during the first time having sex...although she is still a virgin if she has not physically had sex.

In todays society, almost 100%. You have no chance with the images that permeate our society, i saw a special on one of those dateline type shows a few years back, and some 14 year old girl and one or two guys of similar age, maybe slightly older, made an adult film. And her response, was "I thought it was normal".
The problem is that no one can prove these images that flood our minds from the time we are age 1 have this sort of cumulative effect, but they do, theres no way to prove it in a laboratory, people are having a hard enough time proving global warming and that at least can be measured quantitatively.
So to answer your question, you dont have a chance, or maybe I should say, she doesnt have a chance in todays society.

According to the dictionary, "virginity" is the quality or condition of being a virgin (= person who has not experienced sexual intercourse).
Accordingly, one loses virginity when having sex, usually with a partner, and usually (but not necessarily) involving penetration.
Many people equal virginity with the integrity of the hymen. However, although this membrane usually breaks during the first sexual intercourse, it may also be ruptured during other activities, such as gymnastics or horseriding (and needless to say, some types of masturbation too).
See here for more information about the anatomy of the female reproductive system:

It would be nice if you and your daughter could learn together, so that you both can get to know your body, understand how it works and take care of it :-)

This depends upon your definition of virginity... if you mean having her hymen broken, that can occur without sexual intercourse, by horseback riding, bicycling or by falling on a pole or fence. And of course, using a tampon.
In my experience, oral sex does not include enough penetrative force to pierce a hymen... and I think most girls tend to masturbate via clitoral stimulation rather than penetration.
If you're asking in what order she'll have sexual experiences (and lose her "innocence" or virginity), I'd guess probably masturbation, oral sex, then regular sex.
Hope that helps!

It's not uncommon for teen girls to masturbate or involve themselves with mutual masturbation--aka--getting "fingered" or hand job. This however is not considered sex. Some teen girls do receive and perform oral sex. If you would like to preserve her innocence the only thing you can do is talk to her. Explain your morals and values. She will make her own decision. Best of luck!

the only way a girl loses her virginity is if she has intercourse with a mans penis, any other way she is still a virgin, of course oral sex can lead to intercourse so that would be reason to think about that, but masturbation, is self gratification so she can do this and be a virgin forever if she wants (but i doubt it)

people do not normally associate virginity with masturbation or oral sex; it is usually used for normal sexual intercourse. However, if one wants to define virginity as being lost from any form of sexual activity then I suspect she may already have lost it (especially if she is into puberty).

Well, she won't lese her virginity through masturbation (having sex with himself or herself) since the doctors said that a person to lose his/her virginity is by having sex with one male and one female.
I'm not sure about the oral sex (is she does oral sex to herself? Or is another female does oral sex to your doughter? Or a guy does oral sex to your doughter? Or is it your doughter does oral sex to a guy?). Your doughter to herself----0 % of chance to lose her virginity.
Another female do oral to your doughter----0%, to lose her virginity requires a male and a female.
She does it to a guy-----0%, it would be the guy to lose his virginity.
He does it to your doughter---Unknown, can't tell if he would go further or not, if he didn't--0%, if he did, she has more chance to lose her virginity.
