botox wears off in about three months and then you're back to normal until you do it again

No! Once it is injected there is no way to reverse it. It just has to wear off. Depending on the amount injected it can be any where from 6 weeks to several months. As a health care professional I would never recommend it. You are being injected with what amounts to poison. In the hands of a doctor who does not know what he/she is doing you can end up with Permanent paralysis. Or worse. Also having Botox injected several times actually makes the skin sag even more once the injections are stoped.
Look it up at either.

The effects of botox only last approx. 90 days, sometimes more. It depends if you are using it for cosmetics or for stoke recovery (as in the functioning of a hand). It is something that needs to be repeated periodically.

I would say yes..botox just relaxes the muscles ...you could have a something to tighten the muscle injected....otherwise..botox does wear off in a few years

I'm not sure what you mean by reversible but botox is a bacteria(botulism) and will only remain in you body for certain period of time, it is not a permanent procedure.
