What is the perfect weight...?

I'm 5'8. What do you think is the perfect weight for that height? Just take a guestimate. Thanx

It's just a guess, but here goes (and I'm only guessing because most will say that you should just be what feels good, but you want a number).

155 lbs.

Heavy enough so as not to leave the Ground unexpectedly, Light enough so as to maintain motion without to much duress on the frame of the Body.

refer to the BMI index

125-158lbs

NOTE: This is only a guestimate according to BMI which incorporates a somewhat controversial weight range - other factors apply, etc.
this is the "normal range"
anything less is underweight, anything more is overweight
