'develop'???

do you mean, at what age is ADHD most often diagnosed?

because I believe ADHD is something that people are born with.

I would guess (B) age 8-12 might be the most likely age at which a child is DIAGNOSED with ADHD.

None of the above. ADHD is not a developmental disorder. It is present from birth to most commonly to death (though it can disappear when puberty developes.)
8-12 is often the target age for diagnosing for professionals.

None of the Above - ADHD isn't a disorder that develops, you have it from birth. It's pretty obvious even when one is a toddler.

I think the age range most likely to be diagnosed is "B".
Whether it developed in the age range is debatable.

I didn't develope ADHD until my 30's.

It's not real. Just a way for them to make money selling drugs. Kids are fine it's called being a kid.
