Yes you can become swollen after being hit but you can become swollen for many reasons. It is when an area gets bigger then what it normally is, usually it fills with fluid.

Sometimes if you get hit hard enough yes. Swelling can occur for many reasons not all directly related to a contusion from a blow.

yes it is bcz of hurted by somthing the skin where it hurts get up bcz the blood faint. it is not a serious matter but for some days we hav to takecare of it.
