A asks her to marry him and then he can give her % and ^, but she doesn't love him.
B also wants to marry her and he is already giving her % but he will never give ^, but she loves him, but without ^ really hurts her.

She should marry neither. Find another guy you will love and who can give % and ^ at the same time. There are plenty around.

No one is perfect in this world.

First of all, if she doesn't love A, I don't think she would say *yes, I do"

Second, if she really loves B, does the ^ really matter? Then she really doesn't love B that much.

She should marry someone with a proper name, and one who will shower her with love and affection - not strange symbols.
