How can you believe in the existence of God and respect Christ teachings but and not be religious but have a personal relationship with God? To have a personal relationship with God you would have to be religious in one of the many religions. To deny your faith is to deny God so how could you deny your faith and still have a relationship with him unless it is that you are going against him in Satan worship and in that case then yes you are under the influence of evil spirits.→

The best way I can relate to your question is to state that a person does the will of God when they believe in Jesus Christ as Christ himself stated that this was the will of God. Thankfully Jesus didn't come to establish a religion but rather to establish a relationship between man and God. Religion cant save any one as it usually comprises nothing more than a set of rites which are to be performed.

There seems to be an over-reaction to the idea of Religion. I would never judge those who reject religion because I don't know who taught them this concept or what they have encountered.

However, there is a rebellious spirit in general associated with the "I don't need a church" variety of Christian. It does go against God's expressed will for unity(of some sort) in the body of Christ, and submission to other Christians. Jesus Himself was the very model of a life submitted to authority.

When I read that one I got the impression that the person believed in God but was not comfortable with organized religion. That doesn't sound like too much of a problem to me - sounds like the guy/gal does a lot of their own thinking and doesn't need to always follow the herd.

But that's just my opinion ...

The Bible clearly commands Christians to assemble together on a regular basis (Hebrews 10:24, 25). I wouldn't say that their under the influence of evil spirits, but that they are misguided.

Sounds like a born-again Christian in a non-denominational church.
Rather than relying on a religion to lead them through their lives, they develop a personal relation with Messiah Jesus through in-depth Bible Study, both personal and in their church.
And that's a good thing, because churches/denominations sometimes tend to divide the Body of Christ, His church.

it is not really explainable.
everyone can believe what they want. but it does not mean it is right or true or real.
it does not matter what you believe in. at the end we all end the same. all human beings are the same. biologically. we are all made up of the same stuff. so what happens to my fellow human will happen to me and the little Pygmy in Africa or a human in a tribe in the jungles of Brasil. that has not even heard of a god. so believing in a god and a dollar will get you a ride on the subway. or is it $2.

i believe there three categories of individual here on earth those who believe God,those who believe religion as their basis which is wrong and the third those who make themselves slave under evil spells.those who beliieve firmly in GOD in the name of JESUS CHRIST are privileged.but those who make themselves slaves of the evil spells are lost.only GOD will be able to set them free in the name of jesus christ!

can't say I could support the answer but I fully understand the original statement. seems like semantics of terms ... some people are told that God is only one thing and other s have different ideas of what God is ...none own the concept as they often think.....
