I think they are tried in youth court and can be charged as a minor.

A 15 yr old that sexually assaults a younger child and doesn't get some sort of help, usually turns into an adult offender. Someone needs to know about this, so that the 15 yr old can get some sort of treatment (like counseling). He/she probably won't get into much trouble, because he/she is a minor, but if it continues to happen & the child lets someone know, all hell will break loose, especially if the 15 yr old continues into adult hood.

at 15 they can be tried as an adult in some states, be sent to juvi till they are 21 and then to prison.

It depends on the nature of the assault ... he could be sentenced to a(secured) group home and counselling or he will go to jail and have counselling...

He will probaly be tried as a adult depends on how bad the assault and stuff was.....and where he lives to.

they can go to a prison for boys (yep those places are still around) but they really should be strung from a tree just like any other pedaphile
