Creationists undertand that God created the brain stem to automatically control our breathing, heartbeat etc.
Its not something we spend our time trying to remember how to do.

well, as a matter of fact, they have a tendency of underexhaling with oxygen accumulating and resulting in brainfarts, which in turn gives them the ability to live a happy life as a creationist.....
