i am a porofessional miniature model house maker and i want to know about the materials , specially the boards and very tiny lights i can use to my next models. fom where can i buy them?

Find the biggest hobby store in your district. Some will have a greater selection than others and it's to bad but be rest assured enough local hunting will turn fruitful. Online I am sure there are some but materials like that you may want to see up close.
You can get various balsa woods,plastics etc I have also seen metal and pastic tubing and angle like "L" stock.
They also carry the lights as well. Some maybe sold under railroad type stuff but I have also seen aquiarm lights that are very tiny and good for spots.
